I'm looking to send my my first letter to Barclaycard, just that I read something or seen a video I cannot remember
When sending a letter by record ,that it cannot be sent to a address with Po box
Is this true, can someone clarify this for me

I've done done the first letter, got a reply after nine days, then the second letter got a reply after nine days then the third letter ten days gone no reply, what does mean ? Do i need to do thee estoppel

Hi, did you send a Notice of Intention of Estoppel with letter 3 ? If not you can either wait for 30days without contact or send this now.

a) A true copy of the signed (wet ink signatures) Original Credit Agreement (Note).
b) A true copy of the Deed of Assignment (not a photo copy or the notice of assignment ).
c) A true copy of the Deed of Novation which carries the the signatures of the alleged tripartite agreement.

If You cannot comply with with the above,you cannot therefor prove that any liability exists and you have acquiesced to the fact that you cannot provide proof of claim.

If you cannot provide proof that any liability exists you must Cease and Desist any further action in this matter.
To continue would constitute fraud and will be be treated as harassment ,a clear breach of your industry guidelines,and potentially a number of criminal offences.

Therefor any further communication from yourselves ,your clients,associates or agents which does not satisfy my repeated requests for very specific documentary proof of claim (will activate my fee schedule .Delete this if you have not sent a fee schedule) will be treated as no contact and as such be ignored.

All correspondence must be signed by the Man / Woman who takes liability for its contents.
